State Rep. Roger Reinert (DFL-Duluth) is encouraging small business owners in the Duluth area to participate in an online survey.
The statewide survey, compiled by the Small Business Caucus, a bipartisan coalition of state legislators, asks questions that will help lawmakers better grasp the problems and challenges facing small businesses in the state.
“No one understands the serious challenges facing small businesses in this recession better than the small business owners themselves,” Reinert said in a statement. “They know firsthand the obstacles and opportunities facing entrepreneurs and business growth. And they understand what it will take to make Minnesota an even better place to do business.”
Survey results will help the caucus with a pro-business agenda that helps create jobs, makes small business more competitive and hastens economic recovery.
The survey can be found at www.house.mn, the Minnesota House of Representatives website. Surveys will be taken online until Nov. 30.
