Regular shoppers at the Duluth Kohl’s are well aware that a lot of remodeling has been going on at the store.
Well, now the work is complete.
While the store that always seems to have a sale going on never really closed, its grand re-opening will be held on Thursday, kicking off with a 7:45 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony.
The store at 2115 Miller Trunk Highway is among 30 Kohl’s department stores around the country being remodeled this year. The changes include updated departments, fitting rooms and restrooms, as well as fresh paint and “refreshed” carpeting throughout and new merchandise displays. The store also has new shopping carts and strollers, updated checkout stations and now has automatic sliding entrance doors.
And chances are they’re having a sale during the “re-opening.”
