Check out the more than 30 decorated storefronts in downtown Duluth as they’re unveiled before the Christmas City of the North Parade today.
Many had hung red curtains on the windows this week while the windows were dressed up.
So which one do you like best?
Vote for your favorite decorated storefront at the business itself where ballot boxes will be set up for voting or visit the Greater Downtown Council’s Facebook page beginning next Wednesday or Thursday. It’ll have pictures of the storefronts posted by then, and you can vote until Dec. 6. The downtown council is sponsoring the contest.
Vote and you could win a gift donated by one of the participating businesses. Those gifts are on display in the storefront window at 212 W. Superior St., across from the Holiday Center.
Participating storefronts are:
Apricot Lane, Art in the Alley, Bagley & Co., CSL Plasma Services, Cosmetology Careers Unlimited, Domestic Abuse Intervention Programs, Duluth Coffee Company, Duluth Pack, Eco, Electric Fetus, Eva Morris, Fitger’s, Frame Corner, Grandma’s Saloon, the Greenery, Happy Space, Lake Superior Art Glass, Lillian’s of Duluth, Lotus On The Lake, Mainstream Fashions for Men, Minnesota Power, Minnesota Surplus, on the Rocks Art Studio, Pizza Luce, Port City Antiques, Protein Pub, Ragstock, Security Jewelers, Siiviis (Sivertson’s Gallery), Superior Ballroom Dance Studio, Tele Resources Inc., Trailfitters, Visit Duluth and the YMCA.
